"Everything arrived very quickly- It was shipped immediately, and the free shipping was fast. My order arrived well packed and ready to install. I appreciate that a staff member checks over he orders before they are shipped. Also, the prices were excellent. My Yakima rack and fairing were not too difficult to install, and the instructions were easy to follow. I had emailed questions a few months ago, and got excellent personal advice, but had to wait until finances allowed. All in all, this is a great online retailer, and I wish that I lived closer to one of the brick and mortar stores. "

"Thanks for your "faster than the speed of light" service. I used my existing square load bars from a drip-edge rack, attaching the new side rail feet on my 2005 SAAB wagon. PERFECT. The only bummer is that the older "universal Thule locks" don't fit the new feet. I guess at some point, the size of the lock cylinders was decreased a tiny bit. Am looking forward to the chance of a coupon with which to assist in purchasing 4 new locks. Thanks. Very happy"
